Tkalec (Gutsmandl), Ana

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear mother, Ana (nee Gutsmandl) Tkalec, aged eighty-five, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her loving husband Ignac Tkalec, she leaves to mourn her children Eddie (Monelle), Lydia (Peter) and Sonia (Mike), her grandchildren Eric (Amanda), Brian (Alexandra), Daniel (Leticia), Katerina and Brennen, her great-grandchildren Ria and Leo, her step-grandson Alex, as well as extended family and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, August 7, from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. (prayer service to be held at 2:30 p.m.) at the J.A. Guilbault Funeral Home Inc., 5359 St. Michel Blvd. (below Masson), Montreal, 514 721-4925.
The funeral service and mass will be held on Thursday, August 8, at 11 a.m. at St. Vladimir Slovenian Parish, 3470 St. Joseph Blvd. East, Montreal.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the St. Vladimir Parish or to Parkinson Canada
